Apsys Shopping Center Neyrpic France (2021)

Details: The Neyrpic factories, which specialize in turbines, crushers, wood-chipping machines and cable cars, have been closed for decades, but they are part of Grenoble's collective memory. As time goes on, the site plunges into total disinheritance. The project developed by Apsys, a specialist in the shopping center and the Maison Edouard François architecture, showcases this flagship of regional history through a memorial and creative concept of industrial inspiration. The most remarkable buildings will be preserved and renovated in an inventive spirit. The historic axis of Saint Martin d'Hères, which connected the Avenue Gabriel Péri to the Communal House, will be transformed into a green stream of more than 300 m long, the "Corso" will be a "playground" that the inhabitants of the commune, associations and local collectives will be able to appropriate all year long. In environmental matters, Apsys is aiming for BREEAM Very Good certification, a European reference label. "The Neyrpic project embodies our vision of the city and commercial real estate and is conceived as an innovative and unifying place of living combining commerce, urbanity, nature, sport and leisure" Maurice Bansay, Founding President of Apsys
